Data obtained from Kaggle.com, from job advertisement provider (Glassdoor), to analyze the liability of the job reviews, by analyzing texts and the corresponding score that is provided by the user to infer about a startups company. Using text mining method, visualization chart of Word Cloud by visualizing the text or key words use in job reviews for examine what is the commonly use words. Subsequently, calculate the Sentiment Scores for all the job reviews and use the Compound Scores to evaluate the sentiment. More in-depth investigation to carry on Good Score but Negative Sentiments and Bad Score with Good Sentiments. This will help the startups company to do improvements and enhancements.

Data visualization is an interdisciplinary field that deals with the graphic representation of data. It is a particularly efficient way of communicating and investigate for on low hanging fruit. BI Dashboard able to support for interactivity, to make data more understandable and useful. Most importantly, it can accelerate decision Making, by derive valuable business insights, through collaborative data analysis and decision-making processes of these information sharing. In this HR Dataset, it is illustrating the overall HR workforce Statistical Analysis in a company. From the study, the attention shall be given to the Top three Departments that showed higher attrition rate, by looking into the salary offering, number of projects assigned as well as average monthly workhours. The Attrition rate also reflected on the satisfaction score given by the employees. When the employee feedback data is made available, it is good to evaluate the sentiments to provide call to Actions.

Interests

Apart from my usual works, I enjoy most of my times being outdoors such as hill walking or nature walking or seaside walking,  which is good for both the body and the mind. It is a good opportunity to observe plants and animals in natural habitats. It contributes to personal growth and social awareness and develops skills for life and the world of work.

When forced indoors, I follow a number of animation, scifi and fantasy genre movies. I am an aspiring cook especially during the pandemic lockdown period, trying new recipes when cooking for family. And I spend a some of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in digitalization and digital transformation.
